Orders and Payments

  1. All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  2. Your order is considered confirmed only after successful payment processing.
  3. Payments must be made using a secure and authorized payment gateway.
  4. By submitting your payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder.
  5. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of payment failure, suspected fraud, or if an item is out of stock.

Delivery

  1. Forootan offers delivery within the UAE and to a select number of international destinations.
  2. All delivery times provided are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
  3. The risk of loss and ownership of the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you have specified.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  1. Due to the unique and delicate nature of fine jewelry, all sales are final.
  2. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is found to be defective upon delivery.
  3. If a product is proven to be defective or is unavailable after you have placed an order, any refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 30 days.

Intellectual Property

  1. All content on our website, including but not limited to designs, images, logos, text, and graphics, is the exclusive property of Forootan.
