Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Standard Returns & Exchanges

  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Jewelry must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging, invoice, and certificates.
  • Customized or engraved pieces are not eligible.
  • All approved returns and exchanges will be issued as store credit only. No cash or bank refunds are provided under any circumstances.
  • Store credit can be used toward future purchases.

2. Used-Item Exchange (within 12 months)

  • A one-time exchange is possible within 12 months of purchase.
  • A 25% deduction of the invoice value will apply, covering:
    • Professional care and restoration (polishing, cleaning, sterilization for earrings)
    • Authentication and quality verification in our workshop
    • Restocking and repackaging costs
    • Administrative and handling fees
  • The item must be in good condition and accompanied by original documents.
  • All approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only. No cash or bank refunds are provided.
  • Store credit can be used toward future purchases.

3. Lifetime Diamond Upgrade

  • Natural diamonds (above 0.30 ct, with GIA/IGI certificate) qualify for 80% credit toward a new piece priced at least 1.5× the original.
  • All pieces must be inspected and authenticated in our workshop.

4. After-Sales Care

  • Complimentary lifetime cleaning & polishing (once per year).
  • One free resizing within 90 days of purchase.
  • 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.

5. Exclusions

  • Customized, engraved, altered, or structurally damaged items.
  • Items without original certificates.

6. Processing

  • All returns and exchanges must be shipped with insured labels.
  • Quality inspection requires 3–5 business days before issuing store credit, exchange, or replacement.
