Shipping Policy

  1. General Shipping Information

When you complete your purchase on www.forootanjewelry.com, the total cost displayed at checkout will include both the price of your item(s) and the shipping fee. This fee is calculated based on your chosen shipping method, the package’s volumetric weight, and its destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

  1. Delivery Timings

We work quickly to get your jewelry to you.

  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Dubai time) will be processed on the same working day.
  • Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next working day.
  • Domestic UAE deliveries: You can expect delivery within 1–2 working days.
  • Regional deliveries (including Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries): Delivery is estimated to take 2–4 working days.

You will receive an email notification with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

  1. International Deliveries, Duties, and Taxes

All Forootan Jewelry pieces are shipped from the UAE.

  • International Shipping Timelines: Delivery times vary by destination but usually range from 5 to 10 business days.
  • Important Notice on Customs: Our prices do not include any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that your country may charge. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are required to release your package from customs.
  • Customer Responsibility: As these charges are determined by your country’s customs authority, they are outside of our control. We strongly recommend that you check your local customs regulations before placing an order.
  • Unpaid Duties/Taxes: If a package is returned to us or destroyed by customs due to unpaid duties or taxes, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping fees.
